Artist Profile: Warren Pardi
Warren began working with wood in the early 1970s. He went on to create furniture, teach woodworking for the City of New York, and have his work featured in many American Craft Council shows
"Wood has a beautiful unpredictability and inconsistency," he says. "Because of its natural structure, you can always count on wood for a surprise or two."
Warren’s work is so beautiful, many who collect his cutting boards and trays are reluctant to actually use them. They are heirloom quality, but are fully functional and meant to be used as well as displayed.
