Artist's Profile: Kelly Ryan

Sunshine Studios’ owner Kelly Ryan is a multi-media artist. 

Most well-known for her work in clay, "Miss Kelly" is constantly exploring, experimenting, and testing her boundaries as a potter.  She is quite prolific, offering work that runs the gamut from functional to whimsical. 

Through her apprenticeships (at Super Mud Studio in NYC and Wortendyke Studio in New Jersey), and her many years of teaching, Kelly has just about perfected the art of handmade tiles, backsplashes, platters, and bowls.  Now she is bringing her unique brand of creativity to the world of mosaics.
