Dixie’s lifelong passion has been costume design and dance.  Her creations have enhanced the performances of ballet companies nationwide, from the Boston Ballet to the Tampa Ballet, and many places in between.

"To me, the best art is a dance put down on paper or canvas," she shares.  "My art aspires to elevate your spirits."

Her mediums include watercolor and linoleum prints, and—most recently—mixed media.
